The scammer disguised himself by saying that he is a breeder of savannah and bengal kittens. The savannah kittens are F-1's and are advertised as $950 (about $9,000 less than the cheapest F1 savannah I've ever seen). There are pictures on the website, and when you use the online form to request a kitten, he emails you with a video of the kitten. All grammar and syntax are off on the website and in the email. He listed several birth dates for the cat, and he refused to give me his TICA membership number to check if he was registered with them. He also texted me and tried to get me to go through with the purchase. He said that a home delivery service will deliver the kitten to my doorstep (which does not happen with any other breeders). He said he lived in Ardmore, PA. I also copy-pasted the following language from his website into a browser to see where it pops up, and it pops up, word for word, on several other websites claiming to be breeders of other purebred species of kittens and puppies.

Putting a deposit on a kitten is 50% refundable once you change your mind due to the fact that I cancel all my ads and mark that kitten sold on my website, As I'm expecting a loving home for the kittens as soon as he or she is ready."
