I received a letter in the mail from J. Dawn at Rate Genius Loan Savings saying I am pre-approved for a loan to refinance my auto loan and save $68 a month . The letter has the ScamPulse.com Accredited Business Seal and I checked them out on line and it seems legitimate so I apply. My application was denied. Shortly thereafter I receive a text message fromJustin Chavez saying my loan has been approved and to call him to go over the details. phone # 720-780-0102. The number he gave me to call back is 720-780-2094. I responded saying, I was told I was not approved.

Justin texted "Those adverse action letters are a pain. I for sure have an approval for you. When is the best time to call to go over the details." I responded, "Not interested."

Now I'm feeling like I made a huge mistake filling out the online application. They have my SS number.
