I was looking for affordable housing on Craig's List and I found a condo for rent well under the market value, I thought it was to good to be true so I gmailed Savills who was to be the third party to handle rent and any problems I might come across. Savills contacted me and stated that they do not do any business in Canada and that yes this was a scam. I have not sent any money and I am disappointed that people would do this type of thing to unsuspecting renters. I was told that William Patterson was residing in Spain and chose to retire and remain there. The address of this property is 22 Clarissa Dr Richmond Hill, Ontario L4C 9R6. I hope something can be done about this person as Saville is a business that is being used in this scam. I am glad I did some research to find out before I lost over 2000.00$. I hope I have given you enough information to stop this from happening to anyone else. Thank you
