-They added "CO" to the name of a real recruiter (real one going after him)
-They have 2 other similar sites: "prostaffingco" and "spectrumstaffingco"
-Street address of business is fake
-Site create just after Covid announced. This was PLANNED as a scam for people losing their jobs to do the virus (i.e. Savio is total [censored])
-Phone numbers are all showing up as VOIP (which can be fake numbers)
It was word-for-word what everyone else posted here.
I'm going to report both Training Academy and Elevate to BBB, Department of consumer affairs, and office of state attorney general. Luckily I paid for this by Credit Card.
What caused me to question this posting was another "recruiter" tried the same scam on me from another recruiting company (John and Bakke Consulting) and all of a sudden both instances came in to question... they are either getting referral fees for directing you to the training or are actually unscrupulous sales arms of the training companies.
To take advantage of people who are out of work and with limited income is cold and ruthless, it's unfortunate that it is so difficult to track them down and hold them accountable.

Here are the two numbers they called from. First a woman (can't understand her name in the voicemail) 818-826-2488, then the infamous Savio 818-471-4450. Of course since I called him out he won't answer the phone.
This person is a scam. He made me spend $550 on an online training course. He should go to jail.

After speaking to a lady on the phone, I received an email from Savio with the job description details (on the phone they had mentioned Amazon, but it was not mentioned anywhere in the email).
I was asked about the Product Owner Scrum certification and was assured if I was “shortlisted” (which would take an hour to confirm) I could then sign up for the training (has to be from Amazon’s accepted list of trainers).

I spoke to both Savio and Agnes, and I felt compelled to purchase the Scrum Master certifications from one of the sites they mentioned, so I I purchased the cheapest option from trainingacademy.ca. After my purchase, I noticed that the address at the bottom of the confirmation email that i received back was for a package store.

Also, while elevatestaffingco.com DOES have a website, I couldn't locate their company profile on LinkedIn, so that was pretty fishy.
The fact that Savio and Agnes along with the woman from trainingacademy.ca all had Indian accents furthered my doubts.
The final indication that this was a scam, was when the person from the Scrum Master website told me that if I provided a verbal confirmation that I agreed to the terms of use for the tool, that I would not be able to cancel the training within the allotted 48 hour time frame for a full refund (even though I had an email that advised otherwise, and I read the same email to her).
My credit card company had already alerted me that the charge was potentially fraudulent because it was an out of US purchase, and while I went to get the number to call them from my email, I noticed that Savio had sent me an email about 10 minutes before the woman who was supposed to walk me through using trainingacademy.ca called.
Basically, this thing is FULLY a scam to get people to purchase a Scrum Master certification from one of the sites that Savio sends, and if you did make a purchase, reach out to your banking or credit card institution to see if you are eligible to have your money refunded.
