I ordered a tshirt bundle from SaviorNewYork almost 5 months ago. I never received my package, and every time i go to contact them i never get any answers. None of the emails, numbers, or forms they provide work. They constantly change their website, and always give different contact information. When i go back and check my confirmation email with my “tracking” the website doesnt even exist anymore. They delete comments on their pages that expose them. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!

I want to report an online retail store, Savior New York, that I placed an order with on July 7, 2024, Order #SVRIO1637JP. I never received the items. No shipping or tracking information was provided. Their contact information on their website (saviornyc.us) and on their instagram online store is invalid and unavailable or directs you to domains that aren't configured properly. Their Tik Tok is @gallerythreads.co. They've even sent me text messages for items on sale and discount codes, but when I text them back ((833) 716-1470) regarding my order, there's no reply. After multiple failed attempts to try and contact them, I realized this company is a scam. The name of the online store is Savior New York. They sent me an order confirmation email, but, when I replied back to them requesting shipping and tracking info using their email, they did not respond. I've exhausted all possible avenues from different email addresses, phone and text numbers, to posting comments on their online store (@saviornewyork) on instagram. I get no response whatsoever. They still continue to falsely promote and falsely advertise products on their fake online store and on social media scamming others. Their other contact info: [email protected], [email protected], and @conceptsupply.us. Please stop this online retailer. Thank You!
