Beware

Their perfomance was so off and communications so poor I terminated early on. They then strung me along with promises and claimed I owed them an administrative fee which was not in the contract. After promising me a refund, which they never delivered voluntarily., it took months to get a 100% refund. Not only were poor performers but when I terminated they misrepresented things about me and ignored actual ducumentation they had. Not once were they will to discuss the terms of the contract after I terminated. Beware. I am not sure they are legitimate and at a minimum are poor communicators and unsypathetic to my career interest.

Awful company. Took them six months just to get one piece of artwork done (which wasn't really what I wanted but I just gave in until I decided to get someone better on Fiverr instead-been working with her for a week and we are now on to the fourth piece of artwork, amazing quality for literally a third of the price when you consider what I've already paid and what this company wants me to pay for going forward), their editing was poor as they inserted mistakes such as punctuation that left sentences not making sense, and they often find reasons to charge more money for services (the contract said that a physical version was included, but then they tried get more money out of me to produce a physical version later.) I asked for a refund and to not work with them any longer, but now they have gone silent. They made a lot of big statements about what they can do for my book in the beginning that I now suspect were just empty promises and fake compliments to butter me up to give them money. The service they have delivered has not matched up to what they claim to offer.

Reeks of a scam. Avoid at all costs

Edit: They are now totally ignoring all of my emails regarding a refund. Stay away from these SCAMMERS.

Lee I am going through a very similar experience. I wouldn't use Savvy Book Marketing for anything. Their contracts aren't worth the paper they're written on as they don't adhere to anything. My book was supposed to have a 4 week turnaround - 5 months later, I received the "final" manuscript that had problems from the first page - I didn't have to go any further than that. They've used my credit card details to buy ISBNs for another company (one that I have no knowledge of) and now I don't own the ISBNs I've bought. I could go on and on and on. DO NOT USE SAVVY BOOK MARKETING or SEO PROHUB UK. Also, they will tell you they are in the UK. They're not. They're not registered with Companies House.

Savvy Book Marketing is a scam company. Please protect yourself ! Do not use this company, they were assigned to format my book; instead they completely destroyed my internal manuscript, unmatched the contents to the internal file, mix up the book characters, inserted errors, mess with punctuation. Inserting one line on a page, disorganized the entire book. This current book is still in editing after Savvy Book Publishing sabotage it. Being that they ascertained my password to my amazon account they when on and sabotage other books I had on Amazon. Hacked into my personal computer had access to license, personal insurance information. They stole out of my personal manuscript and corrupted it , so I would not publish my book. The Teaneck police department advised that I could file a criminal complaint; accordingly advised that a crime have taken place. I am still emotionally upset, and shocked. I had to lock my credit files, cancel credit cards, file with FTC. Being that the work was copyright I have to contact the copyright department. I wish this on no one. Please people check out on companies first. Savvy Book Marketing is a very dangerous company and should be reported to the media, it maybe too late for me, I hope this does not happen to anyone. What stands out is how they laughed on the phone as they stated they will mark my concerns urgent, they laughed and hung up. I felt hurt. They did thousands in damages.

I employed them in January of this year. Their contract states I should have had the final manuscript back 4 weeks later. I'm still waiting. They avoid calls, don't read messages and quite frankly, although I did my research up front, I didn't find your review and I wish I had. I'm so sorry you're going through this.
