Item was delivered to my house on 10/22/2020 in an unsatisfactory condition. Both the exterior packaging and the package containing the product (a motorized foot grinder)were crushed. Please see attached pictures of package and contents.
I had trouble getting the grinder out of the package do to the condition of the package, but after doing so I plugged the unit in
to charge it per the instructions to see if it was operable.
After charging for 4 hours I took the grinder off of the charging cord. When I pushed and held the power button nothing happened. I then rotated the head and held the button down at the same time and the Pedi-vac started to spin,
however there was a burning smell coming from the Pedi-vac so I shut it off. After waiting about 20 minutes I tried to turn on the machine again, but was met with the same problem as when I tried to start it the first time. After rotating the head and
holding down the button at the same time it began to spin. It had the same burning smell as the first time so I shut it off
and returned all of the items to the package.
Do to the condition of the packaging and the failure of the Pedi-vac to operate correctly I am requesting a RMA (RETURN
AUTHORIZATION) number so that I may start the return process of this defective product for a complete refund of $35.96.
