The property management company has several listed properties on ShowMeTheRent and a website with these properties. All properties only show the outside of the building, never any pictures of the inside of the units. When I called the number on the website, someone answered my call and assured me that I would get a virtual tour but due to Covid, all applications were to be done online. The online form looked identical to those used by legitimate property management companies. As a co-signer, I was asked for my SSN, address, proof of income via old tax forms, etc. Since I had to submit these the last time I co-signed for someone, I thought it was a reasonable request, but now someone has my SSN, address, Visa card number that I used for the application fee, and copies of my tax form. Once I filled out the application, I was completely ghosted, an answering machine is all I get. The properties listed on their website are legitimate properties but they are not managing them. They have my son’s application fee, my application fee, and all of our personal information. The ScamPulse.com states that this business did operate in Fresno for years but has been closed for some time.
