I was contacted by a lady on Facebook reguarding a matter of me winning a facebook lottery. It all seemed legit until i got to the end of our conversation when she then insisted that i pay 250.00 for delivery fees. I feel like this is a scam because i have been told before that i won money but i always had to pay them first. I am wanting to report this lady her name is Denise Lynn Demarco
