Sayvins scam

Signed up for investment plan with a referral. Referral bonus was granted to both parties accounts. After some time no investments or return on investment’s were made. Attempted to cancel plan, plan was canceled but no capital was ever returned. Attempted to contact company multiple times via email with no response. The 800 number that is on the website is fake. In addition upon further review of the website notice that they have two different addresses listed one is in Europe one is in Arkansas. In reviewing the LLC under state of Arkansas, found that their license was revoked in 2021. In addition, the statutory agent who is listed for that company has the same last name as the person who referred me to the site. No reply or capital has been returned, and replies to the original referral person have gone unanswered as well. Do not invest with this scam website that is not a legitimate business.

Invested money with a referral. Referral bonus was granted to both parties. After some time, no investments or return on investment was made. Contacted company to cancel plan and receive capital back. Plan was canceled but capital was never returned and no reply from company despite multiple emails. Attempts to call company did not work as the 800-number on their website is fake. When contacting the original referral person, he claimed to have no idea why the company didn’t respond. Upon further investigation found that the LLC for this company was revoked in 2021. In addition, the statutory agent listed can be found online using multiple variations of his name in addition to multiple different pictures of different men. He also has the same last name as the person who referred me to the website. Since my original investment, the website has updated its look, so surely someone is monitoring the emails and activity. Yet still no response on my capital being returned.

Offered retirement investment plan. Referral bonus would be given by Person who referred me, Richard Gregory. Account was opened. Referral bonus was given to Richard Gregory and listed on my account as referral. No investments or return on investment was ever made. Attempted to contact company and cancel plan and get capital back and have not heard anything back since January. Emails are not returned and 800 number listed on the website is not valid. Email previously used by Richard Gregory is now closed. Website is still active and looking for investors. Do not fall for this scam.

Offered retirement investment plan via Sayvins website. Referred to site by Richard Gregory/site reflected person as valued member. Looked up site months later, Arkansas llc shows license revoked years ago, and agent who founded site has same last name as reference—Gregory. Jonas Stann Gregory is agent listed for business that was not active when I invested. Canceled my plan, emailed for capital back, no reply from Sayvins since March.
