I ordered a 40kW generator from Sbsrta and actually received a package with the same tracking number that I was sent. Unfortunately it was a plastic hoodie jacket! They apologised for the mistake and gave me a new tracking number. That was over a month age. I got this message from the tracking company (EMS - FX425332298CN - https://www.emsname.top - "The delivery status of your item has not been updated(Your package may have been lost during the transportation period.pls contact sender)"
I have emailed Sbsrta but no response as yet.

Found the website online and ordered a generator waited for item to arrive but never did. Tried contacting the company and found that the address given is a house for sale on zillow, called them and sat on the phone on hold for an hour with no one ever picking up, and emailed and never heard back. Tried finding more info online about the company and couldn't find anything.
