I ordered several matching the dye shirts/sweatshirts for myself and my daughter  from https://scabiship.com/ - with shipping insurance. The website (and my receipt) said the product would be coming in 7-10 business days. After a month of no delivery and the tracking number given in receipt stated that the product had been delivered, I reached out to their customer service requesting a refund. Their customer service has gone back and forth with me for several days now giving excuses as to why I have not received my order / for example that perhaps my address wasn’t correct. It is correct and I have no issues with any other delivery services. It a house, not an apartment. They refuse to refund my order, even though I have not received what I ordered, paid for, and even paid for shipping insurance. After my experience with scabiship, I looked them up online and found that they have done this same thing to hundreds of other people, exact same circumstances. This company gives the appearance that they are selling apparel, when in reality they take your money and never actually ship what you order/pay for. They are 100% scammers.
