I saw an ad for a big sale on tie dye clothes and I ordered $61.70 on 7/5/2024. I never received my order. On 8/9/2024, I received an email saying that my order has been delivered but I never received anything so they supposedly were going to send the order again. On 9/9/2024, the order was supposedly delivered but I never got it so I asked for a refund. They said they could give me 70% refund so I agreed. I have numerous emails between myself and the company since then where they state that they are working on my refund and how important my business is to them. On 12/30/2024, I received an email that said I would get a refund within 24 hours. It is now 1/12/2025, I have not received any more communication or refund from them. I have just emailed them again.

I ordered off the website. They said it was sunshine sisters. I ordered 42.00$. Never received items so I emailed them- they said it shows delivered- they sent another order out- never received!! I contacted sunshine sisters and they said that [email protected] is not them!
