I placed an order on April 8 2023 through their website for a weigh scale head. After a couple of weeks I tried to contact through their website if item was still available and when it was going to be shipped 3 times with no response back. Their phone number listed go right to voicemail, left a message a couple times. The website lists all these weight related equipment. I now received my credit card account showing that it was used but as of 5/15/23 I still haven’t received the product
