Hello! I have a 4 years experience in the microblading profession and I purchased two items in this website, but I didn't claim before about them, because they had a good communication with the customer service, but when I left a review in Amazon about their product fading away totallyfro the clients, they contacted me via email assuming that I should follow a course from them and that the colors fade away and that is normal. I told them that I know this procedure and this never happened with europian products ysed before, the answer from them was: oh I see where are you coming from and they cannot make refunds. I need others to knkw about the misleading information about their products and they are made in China, not in USA as they claim. The products fade away after one week and you cannot explain nothing to the clients because they trust your job! Is so disappointing to not know how to explain to them thet the colour will never come back and they paid for nothing! I need you to check these products please and to stop selling them to others to avoid this unprofessional website to sell. I'm attaching a picture of one of my clients, after two weeks of the procedure and had to explain to her that I'm sorry about the horrible quality and I have to buy other products to fix this issue created by this company. All time and money wasted!
