I wanted to report a scam call we received on our landline. My wife answered the call. Caller said our cable bill was late. She gave the phone to me. I take care of the bills. Our bills are not late. I knew it was a scam from the sound of his voice. He did not give a company name or dollar amount. I did not let him talk. He would probably ask for an account number. I hung up. I knew it was a scam. I don't want this to happen to anyone else.
