We found a Skid Steer for sale on the scammer's website, asked them a bunch of questions, and moved forward to try to arrange purchase. We knew it seemed to be "too good" a deal, so we started doing our due diligence. We found that many of the photos used on the website were stolen from other people's accounts or websites. We also found almost identical equipment pictures from an Auction house in Kansas. Finally, we did research on the W-9 they provided and found that it was a REAL (or we assume to be real) A1 Sunrise Construction whose address and owners name were being used. Everything we found related to A1 Sunrise Construction and ***** **** seemed to be legitimate.
