I'm not 100% sure this is a scam. I've never received the product I ordered on 12/3; It's now 1/20 and the tracking details have not changed. I placed a review on their website for buyers to beware of this situation when purchasing their product, but I can't see my review on their website. I've asked for a refund today 1/20 and I'm waiting to see if they send me my money back. I've emailed the business multiple times asking where my product is, and they keep saying "oh let me check with the shipping company" or "oh we will look into that for you." Nothing has changed the tracking still says "no shipping info on your order"
