There have been over five FACETIME AUDIO calls from this person who speaks with a strange accent and syntax but insists that he is from Kentucky. His mother is from Lexington. He says he has been trying to contact by mail to notify me that I have won 5.5 million dollars. I asked him to please notify me in writing about this if it is indeed true and he replied that he has tried that approach twice to no avail and would rather explain it in person. He also told me I sounded defensive and to get a drink of water to calm down and that I was beautiful in a rather smirky tone. I am 80 and was wearing a baseball I grabbed when Insaw it was a FACETIME call. The only info I may have given him was affirming my address in reply to the mail remark. He wanted to send me the cashiers check….

I was on the instagram app…and a ad was there that had this webcite on it called [email protected]…and also had the name US UNGUE…I placed two different orders…on the same day…at different times of the day. On 12/04/2022….I placed these orders….I got two confirmation numbers…or tracking numbers from the company that was supposed to be in China….I have all of my emails from them… they told me that my packages were sent to my address on 1/03/2023 and 1/07/2023…..these packages never arrived to my home…they did not provide a telephone number at all. The tracking number contained the name…China AllRoad…17Trak…and the tracking email contained an amazon coupon in bottom right corner of the email…that kept flashing. I contacted the company via email several times…they kept emailing me back…saying that my packages were delivered. Today is February 17, 2023…..I have not received any of my packages or a refund, which I did ask for my money back in my last email that I sent them. They blocked me from contacting them via email…my google email account alerted me that I could not contact them at all now. Please help me

I received a phone call at my job from an unidentified person stating the phone call was specifically for me then giving an attempt of my full name and date of birth demanding that myself or an attorney contact the legal dept. at the "plaintiff's office" *** *** and a complaint number for my state of residence ending the call with "Good luck moving forward". I am aware of this scam because there is never a company, plaintiff, or any other identifying party and the call is a recorded message. DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER OR PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION!!! IF THERE WERE TRUE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU, YOU WOULD RECEIVE LEGAL PAPERWORK SIGNED BY A JUDGE IN THE COUNTY YOU RESIDE IN AND /OR BE PROCESSED SERVED BY A SHERIFF/PROCESS SERVER. I blocked the call and advised staff not to provide any information about me to anyone.
