I was looking for a cheap roundtrip ticket from Denver to Salt Lake City. I found one on what I thought was Trivago, but this company popped up to finalize the sale. They gave me a booking reference number showed the correct flight number, date and time, and airline (SWA.) Now it's been over a week, and they sent me an email saying that my flights were not guaranteed until I paid. They gave me a number to call and when they answered, the woman was speaking Spanish. I asked if she spoke English, and she said yes and then hung up.
