I had ordered 2 dog bed for humans from this company on 12/31/23 and had emailed them in regards to my order multiple times and it keep saying awaiting shipment since that time and when I kept tracking my order to see if it would change status it hasn't change since. It's been 3 months and still hasn't received my order since. I know now that this company is scamming customers out of their money. I even researched afterwards on google about the company and it stated that it was a scammed website. I was very disappointed to find out afterwards that this company was a scammed website!
