I went to the company’s website, which appeared legitimate, and made my purchase through a PayPal transaction to CHAIRINNISA (PayPal ID) charged to my credit card on July 25, 2023 in the amount of $1822.58.
I received email confirmations of my purchase from PayPal and Generator-United. I also received notification of a large purchase being approved on my credit card for the exact amount of $1822.58.
I received an email from [email protected] on July 25,2023 stating that the status of my order had been updated to PROCESSING; on July 27, 2023 that it been updated to AWAITING SHIPMENT; and on July 29, 2023 that it had been update to SHIPPED.
On August 04, 2023, I received a written email from [email protected] that stated my order shipped on July 29 with an estimated delivery time of 23-25 days. The email further stated, (copy and pasted from that email) ‘For Tracking, Unfortunately Our Shipping Forwarder do not have website to track the shipment but When arrived at [redacted] They will forward to DHL and then DHL will deliver to your address.’ The email signature block was Raymond Chong, Customer Services.
On September 08, 2023, I returned the email to Raymond Chong at [email protected] stating that my 23-25 day shipment was now 15 days past due, and I had not received any tracking information or delivery updates on my order. There has been no response to my email.
On September 12, 2023, I sent a follow up email containing my September 08 email to the email addresses listed on the ‘Contact Us’ page of the generator-united website; [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected] stating that I had not received a response to my previous email, and that if I did not receive a response within a reasonable period of time, that I would cancel my order and report the transaction as fraud. I also posted the same information to the comments section of ‘Contact Us’ page on the generator-united.com website.
Today is September 18th, and I have not received any responses to any emails or attempts to contact the company. I also have not received my shipment, or any updates to its status. After having issues with my order, I searched online for other reported instances of fraud concerning Generator-United, and there are other reported instances similar to mine.
I filed Federal Trade Commission fraud report #164192767 on September 18, 2023.

Didn’t realize first it was coming from China
On several occasions I sent emails regarding shipping. On 6/14/2023 they said it was delivered. NOT!!! I was home all day. And cameras did not show anything either. Cannot get anyone to respond back. Heck with the chairs. I just want my money back. This needs taken care of asap
