There was a video on TikTok and I clicked the link and ordered a couple shirts from the website. I got the confirmation email saying the order was received, they took the money from my bank account and sent me a tracking link. After a few weeks I received an email saying the package was delivered and it had not been. I contacted them and they apologized and said they would resend the items with a different shipping company. They sent another link, which after a few weeks I checked as I had not yet received the packages and the link did not work. I contacted them again requesting a refund and they responded with the same generic email they sent the first time. This has been going on since September.
