I googled a website to purchase a Stanley. I made sure the company was located in the US before purchasing and looked through other parts of the website to make sure it looked legit and it did. However, as soon as I placed my order, I received a receipt for a "hoodie". I immediately emailed the company on the email it said to use to contact them and it did not go through. I found another email (the one on this form) and it worked. My order was confirmed, but I never received tracking information. However, the item arrived and it was a counterfeit Stanley. Very obvious when I compared it to a real one I had purchased from Dick's Sporting Goods. I sent pictures of the two cups side by side and requested a return label and a refund. I did not hear back. I contacted my bank and they have opened an investigation also. I have not heard from the company I made the purchase from since.
