Called called and mentioned they are with FMA Alliance in partnership with Regions Bank (who I do not bank with). Asked for my date of birth and when I wouldn't give it them and asked why they are needing this information since I do not bank with Regions Bank, they said it was for a "personal matter" and would not provide any detail until I provided my date of birth. I did not (of course) and hung up.

I called the number back and the number is for a woman named Katherine Garcia.
