I am a Real Estate Agent and I received a phone call from Maria Perla to look at rental properties, after I showed her some properties I told her to follow me to my house so I can get the lock box number for another property and after that I never so her again, but I started to receive a lot of mail under her name that she is living in my house, she was trying fraudulently to claim my property as it was me but she was not successful because I went to post office & let them know that she doesn't live in this address & that she is a fraud. I checked her on the web site and she was doing this to other people.
