I purchased ( with cash) an Apple Gift Card from a major retailor ( in possession of all receipts) on 2-15-2024 and discovered that some of the card PIN NUMBERS are missing. This renders this card as inoperable to the purchaser (me). I've contacted Apple twice since and to this day the only thing Apple has done is attempt to lure me into staring an account with Apple in order to rectify this. I attempted to set up such Apple account on the Apple website. Upon entering requested information. Message appears unable to process this at this time. I called 1-800-275-2273 and spoke at length with Apple representatives ( on 2 separate occasions)and to this date (2-21-2024)Apple has not rectified this matter, the card is unusable and Apple has not refunded my $200 ( cash I spent to purchase ), and this is six days after this fiasco began. Seeking a full refund from Apple.
