Mr. Garcia who sounds like he is a Spanish speaking person, called to inquire about some flooring on 2/29/2024. He paid for it with a credit card over the phone. He said his mother would come by to pick it up in a few days. An elder lady, a small Spanish speaking person, came to pick up the flooring in a couple of days.

Then on. 3/04/2024 Mr. Garcia called again to place another order. He paid with a credit card again and said his mother would come by to pick it up, which she did.

On 3/13/2024 our credit card company contacted us to say the charges were disputed. They said the name on the card was Tara Risner, not Allen Garcia. We tried to contact Mr. Garcia but he doesn’t answer.

The caller ID for his phone number says it’s from Bluff City, TN.

The entire amount has been taken out of our bank account.
