I placed two orders for "Skechers" shoes. I didn't receive the shoes. I emailed them stating I wanted the shoes delivered ASAP, they issued a $4 credit then finally I received the shoes from China with the Joe Doe return address. These are not Skechers and are a very poor knock off. I ordered Skechers thinking it was a sale from a Skechers distributor. I am out $80. I paid via Pay Pal and the payee is Tee Chip. Tee Chip is still advertising on Face Book with other styles of shoes.
I checked out Scandals online and the ad appeared valid. I have tracking numbers and ID numbers, is there any hope of getting my money refunded?
