Scarlett Hazel on Facebook was a fake account claiming to be someone from Burlington, ND selling papillon puppies. This account posted all over facebook groups (often times they would be deleted much later because of the pages policies) but people were already contacting her account. She is also selling several other types of puppies and posting in the Dallas, Texas area. When calling the phone number they provide you speak with a man, with African accsent that Scarlett Hazel claims is her husband. They also provide client references to a Amelia Aaron and Evelynn Harlow through facebook that are also fake accounts. They tried to gain deposit money to reserve a puppy ($250). Scarlett Hazel doesn't exist in Burlington, ND. The vet clinic they provided for reference has no knowledge or records for them or any papillon puppies. They also try to gain name, email address and mailing address from me. I reported the accounts through facebook but their support said they find no policy violation and left the accounts. I had to block the Scartlett Hazel account due to continued messages and contacting.
