My friend told me about SCBG program on Facebook Messenger. My name was on a winners list for a $2000 grant. She paid $800 for a $2000 grant. She gave me a phone number to contact Robert James. We communicated by text. He tried to tell me I am a cash prize winner. His phone number is 731-319-2840. I did not send any money. He wanted me to take a picture of my debit card and send it to him. I did not do that. He asked for my name, address, email and gender. I gave the information. I was questioning this program. Why would I have to pay a fee if I won a prize or grant.
