My daughter signed up for a membership $9.95, but then cancelled.

When she logs into website it says no account, no pending transactions, no order history. Yet despite not having an account they charged her credit card 28.62 (not the agreed amount).

I have sent multiple emails to no avail.

Buy beware you cannot cancel youe scentbird account.
