I received a text to join Microsoft Teams in order to have an interview period went through about 10 questions. They ask me for my address and phone number so that HR could contact me. I was contacted about an hour later saying that they would like me to join their team. What concerned me is when she told me melissa lewis that she will send me a check and order to purchase the computer system and software from their vendor. I asked, why are you sending me the check?Why don't you send it to the vendor and have them?Send me the equipment for the remote from homework job. She stated that that is not the way their company handles that. I told her that doesn't make any sense to send me the check when you can purchase the equipment.

Next she said I needed to sign the new hire paperwork and the w four form in order to get started with my training and that I would be paid for my time in training. But I let her know before I do that. I will be calling the company first. That ended the conversation.
