Purchased a German Shepard on line; payed for the puppy and the transport; then was asked for more money for a special crate because of COVID to transport the puppy, called the major airlines and they informed me that they had no such policy; the owner has blocked me and will not return any kind of response. Wife called and this company tried to sell it to her. Believe they also have another web site doing the same scam.
