Shortly after I got the confirmation email, I got an email about the opportunity to track the package. I took that opportunity , and gladly so. Signed up with the provided link to the Shop App, and the tracking thing says “order placed”.
Six months went by, I probably contacted the support service three times, and met with the same response ‘we are doing our best to make sure you get your product, it should arrive soon’ (along that line).
The tracking thing still says “Order Placed”, with no way to even see where it is.
July 3rd, the latest and last email I received was that there was a manufacturing shortage of the materials to make the schlankets.
Not at all what I had been told.
Communications with this company have been muddy, unclear, all over the place. Huge lack of details regarding my order.
I’ve sent two emails early august, two weeks pass, radio silence. I’ve been ghosted.
I’ve called my bank to see what else I can possibly do, which is nothing I haven’t already done (I emailed in may, got a reply saying I should get the schlanket mid June.)
I’ve ordered merch from a couple different influencers before, and have never had any trouble with shipping.
Looked at FAQ for this website, and the estimated delivery date for domestic orders is 2-9 business days from shipping. Internationally, 4-20 business days, and for orders placed in Middle East, Asia, etc, it’s 1-3 business months.

which is a blanket with his face on it. Told to purchase from his website. Purchased on 2/8/2023, received a confirmation email and number and was told shipping would be on early April. Reached out via email to his company (email found from confirmation email) and have received no response. My bank statement lists a purchase to “SP Schlatt CO 10250 Constellation Blvd Los Angeles”. No suite or floor number listed. The only tenet for that building that closely matches is “SP+ Parking”. Went on Reddit/TikTok /YouTube and there are multiple complaints from people saying they did not receive the Schlanket they ordered. Also they stated have tried to reach out via email to his company and haven’t gotten a response.
