I purchased 2 face masks and filters from Schmidtimusk.com. They processed my payment of $89.91 via PayPal under Handready Inc([email protected]). Received the receipt of payment and USPS tracking #. When tracking the order in the USPS website it only reflected that a label was created on May 7th and the package was received by a Shipping Partner "UNITED GLOBAL DEVELOPMENT INC" on May 8th at 5am. It departed the shipping partner that same day on 8pm and the package has not been received by USPS since then. The last transit registered is from May 8th confirming that "UNITED GLOBAL DEVELOPMENT INC" has the package. This is over 4 months ago and still haven't received anything. I have sent numerous emails, the first few were responded by "Sarah Smith" offering apologies for the delay and on their last response on 6-9-20 they offered a 20% discount for the inconvenience, but of course no items have been received nor the so called discount.

USPS cannot give me any information as they have not received the package.

Well to be fair, I wrote a bad review frw days ago, I've been waiting for my order for about 2 months, I honestly believed that I was scammed, but surprisingly I got my mask finally delivered yesterday and I have to say is beautiful, very comfortable to wear, now I am a happy camper!

Wow! I guess I should have done more research before I ordered. I placed an order for two college logo filtered masks on April 30, 2020. During that time I was sent 11 emails giving me updates on the progress. On June 2nd I received an email stating my shipment.order was on its way. My order never arrived. Now when I click on the "view my order" or "contact us" tab I get an error message. I am so disappointed in the false advertisement and scamming.

I ordered 5 masks with college logos on May 12, 2020. After 2 weeks I emailed them to hear that they were "backed up" because of COVID 19 asking me to please be patient. I've emailed about 5 times,and each time received a reply from "Sarah" apologizing. The last one saying my order had been shipped and she was giving me a 20% discount on my next order.

I used my credit card to pay but it appeared on the card as "PAYPAL *HANDREADYIN (Account was here) CA"

I felt better when I saw PAYPAL was involved; thinking it was possibly legit. However, I have not been able to contact PAYPAL after several attempts.

It is now June 30, 2020 and I have not received my order. The last email communication I received from Schmidtimusk was on June 17, 2020

Lastly, I thought this was a legitimate website because it had the "lock" symbol in the web address and the "https" in the address

I ordered two masks in April and I still have nothing. The tracking information made no sense. Last , I heard the masks were in route on 5/22. I am deeply saddened by this experience. Order #3087.

Ordered a mask from a Facebook advertisement, Schmidtimusk.com, o/a Apr 20 2020. Lots of BS follow up emails. When I sent an email inquiring, I received a response on May 20th that it was being shipped and they gave me a shipping number. The shipping number identifies that the USPS has a tracking number but hasn't received the product yet. As of Jun 1, the USPS hasn't received anything. It appears it's being shipped from China, but the website implies the masks are made in Houston.

There are using innocent victims during a time of COVID-19 to scam everyone.

They will send you bogus emails from someone name Sarah Smith that will send you the same email response over and over. Please report them to the BBB like I did. I ordered on April 20th, 2020 and until this day have not received my two mask. I loss 72.90! Pure evilness..

I ordered a total of 5/masks for myself and my children on April 17th 2020 for a total of $93.34. On May 1, 2020, I emailed the company inquiring about my order and I received a response 48hrs later from a representative by the name of Sarah *****. This was the response:

After not receiving any additional information, I emailed again on May 19,

2020. A return email was sent stating my request was being reviewed by a representative.

As of May 21, 2020, I still have not received my ordered.

PLEASE don't order from this site for purchase. There is no way to contact them by phone only through email. The email they are using is fake and someone name Sarah Smith responds with the same fraudulent responses. There way of scamming others is through social media sites such as Facebook! Please be aware!
