An individual posing as Samuel Mbiriri had me transfer $700 to their account through Zelle for the adoption and delivery of a puppy named Otis. The seller/scammer used a legitimate looking website schnauzerpupshome.com to target his/her victims.

The seller/scammer also sent a bill of sales with signature to further validate the fraudulent activity.
