Phone call was to my son on Saturday, 3/7/19 around 2:30pm. Caller said he was from Schneider Medical Group (Schneider may be spelled wrong). Said they had my son's medical records, that the boss/owner up and left the business, moved to MI, while "leaving a bunch of medical records behind", including my son's. Caller said the records were being sent to a site in Crest Hill and to have them "expedited", he could pay a "small fee". Caller left the number 708-385-8294. I called the number with my phone number blocked on 3/7, no one answered and I was not able to leave a message. I called again today, 3/7/19 at 4:30 and same thing. We have never been to a Schneider Medical Group. Not sure if this is related to the medical breach of information from *** ***, as my son is a patient there.
