Found a Craigslist ad about a company to help with past evictions and how they link with private landowners to rent to you. I then received a phone call and he said they would follow up with an email. The email was sent but when I clicked on the website it looked very generic. Nothing on there was personal. It was ALL stock photos. No photos of actual properties they list. You have to pay before they help you. When I googled their name, their website and BBB website appeared. BBB had two complaints listed for them neither of them were addressed. They received a F. There's another company called Scion group that has no relation to Scion properties. Also, when I googled the address it houses a completely different company. Seems fishy to me. Not enough information on the internet for me to want to invest any time or money.
