Type of a scam Online Purchase
DO NOT ORDER!!!! My card was charged and I never received my product. In addition, they STOLE my credit card and spent over $1000. SCAMMERS!!!!

I believe this Co. Does not exist. Called over and over to reach someone. Needed some questions answered about the product. Left numerous emails and did not here nothing for weeks. Glad I didn't order anything. Shame on Walmart to let such a incompetent independent seller, a ghost I should say to take consumers hard earned money and not deliver.

I ordered a product through Walmart in February & have had the funds deducted from my account. The product showed as in stock, but I have neither received what I ordered nor a refund for which I have demanded now in 4 emails with only 1 response back from this company. They are terrible & will only steal from you. I will never order through Walmart because of this shady company they choose to promote.
NEVER NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER!!!

Do not order from this company -- I have an order that was suppose to be here July 25!!! It is now Aug 2!!!! They have charged my credit card!!! Have tried getting help from them, but nothing is happening!!!

Dont order from them. Theyll just give you shipment confirmation, then cancel it because they changed their mind. Worthless sellers.

Well, just as I expected after my experience and reading various reviews; I did not receive my item, yet WalMart has assured me they will issue a refund quickly if I don't hear from the seller or receive my item today. I think they have likely heard about all they want to hear about this seller and like us have had enough shortcomings. I will not be ordering from WalMart in the future; yes I'm glad they will issue a refund, but given they allow sellers none of us can depend on, who wants to risk any of that. Amazon apparently twists the arms of their sellers into complying with their agreement. I have had issues with Amazon sellers but when things didn't seem to be going right, I simply either contacted Amazon or hit the return item button on the orders page and forced the return down the throat of the seller. So if they were going to be inclined to be less than honorable, I took that choice away from them. WalMart, I had hoped would give Amazon a run for their money, when they started offering free 2 day shipping and often competitive pricing on items. But if they are not going to hold these people accountable, the whole thing will collapse soon enough.

First, I should say that the order I am waiting on is promised by tomorrow, July 20th through USPS. Here it is July 19th and every day I've tracked this shipment through the USPS website it shows absolutely nothing. So I don't have a positive mindset about receiving this in a timely manner. I chatted online with WalMart customer service who promised it would be here tomorrow. I know it 'can' be here tomorrow. It could even arrive today. But we are moving in less than 2 weeks and it damn well better be here before then and the right item. WalMart seems to have a lot of less than honorable vendors and this isn't my first time not being satisfied with them. I'm going to try and not leave a rating yet, but if I have to choose one, I'll choose 2 stars for the moment, just because I can't verify a shipment has occurred.

Waiting waiting and waiting for this company to arrange UPS pickup of the item they sent me. Mind you, they sent the WRONG MODEL and its cheaper than the model I ordered! This has been going on since Apr 2018! The company agreed to arrange pickup and I've not heard back from them. I called left messages. Never got a return call. Such a disappointing experience. Please beware ordering from this retailer!

I just ordered a storage cabinet from Walmart and received notification that the item had shipped, followed the same day by an e-mail saying the item was out-of-stock and the order was being cancelled. Cannot get in touch with SCONTROLC to find out which e-mail is correct. Ugh!

I would not buy from here. Bought something from Walmart not realizing it was a third party seller as I did not think I would have to read over ever tiny little detail to see that and then the date for delivery was about a week or two away, by the time the date came, nothing. Talked to Walmart and they did help out a bit, had to talk to a few different agents. Terrible, fake company, hope Walmart stops doing business with them. If I could, would give zero stars.

-O STARS.... AS I placed an order on Walmart.com for a boat top as it was listed as the last one in stock. I got conformation that order was processing. 5 days later the order was canceled by SCONTROLC stating price error. Walmart was no help what so ever as it was THEN it was relisted that day for a much higher price. Walmart or SCONTROLC did not help in any way. After I complained to Walmart I got lied to again that the item was now out of stock. I would NOT buy a thing from SCONTROLC and have to think twice about buying on line from Walmart.com. again. Called and emailed SCONTROLC and you can NOT get through, that alone tells you the kind of company they are. - O RATED
NO HELP WHAT SO EVER. Why even do business with SCONTOLC as I am filing with the FTC and looking for other CLASS ACTION MEMBERS.

DO NOT buy anything from this company as they do not stand behind the products they sell. go ahead and call them or email them. Because you can not get a hold of them. what a waste of time

I placed an order through Walmart.com for a white doorbell button and received a black/silver one. Been trying to do a simple return, but they have not responded or anything. Terrible terrible company. Walmart should not be doing business with them. Do not buy items from this 3rd party seller...they just take your money.

I placed a order through walmart for hanging glass wall pots I think 4 or 5 per pack .I paid 32.32 and i still havent received a thing.i have my bank statement where you took money out when will I get my product?
