I googled ice cream catering companies and came across Scoopin Dots. I called them at first with no answer. I then texted and received a response. I texted 323-300-0300. I had set up a date and time. I was told I would need to send a deposit of $200 to hold my reservation date. I sent the money Via zelle to the phone number that was provided. I sent them a follow up text tp confirm the deposit was made. I received an auto reply stating " unable to receive message- message blocking is active". I called the number and it is no longer in service.
