I need a new transaxel for my scooter. They will not answer their phone, return calls or texts or emails. the product and labour is under warranty, but when I phone a different dealer, they will not cover labour charges of over 400.00
How do these people stay in business?

i purchased a 10,000 dollar scooter and it took over a month to arrive and when it did it had major damage. i contacted the company which was near impossible . i finally contacted the guy and agreed he would pay me 1000.00 so i can get it repaired. he avoided my calls and i never did receive my money. my advice : stay far away from this company,they are scammers

I bought a scooter on May 15, 2021 for $1295.00, and even received confirmation of my purchase. To this day July 4, I still have not received my 4 wheels scooter and they do not answer my messages or my phones. I even sent them a formal notice asking them to give me a refund by certified check and again I have no answer. They use several Pharmasave addresses saying it's the showroom but still with the same phone number

I placed an order for a scooter so i could get around and was told it would take 1 week when it did nt show I contacted them and they said within the week I d have it again I never got it so i contacted them and said cancel it they said it would be shipped to me Monday and i d have it Wednesday but no so I just told them flat out I want my down payment back I've never heard back I'm not very well educated so i don t know what I should do
