Brendan Cooper is a Scam he will force you to pay up front and then half complete the work. He is in and out of job site, will disappear for days, if you question or get upset he will decline to a answer phone calls. Take caution he will sweet talk you and tell you everything you want to hear. If you hear of his name just run. He took our money and promised to return and never did. Horrible Jerk
