Ordered a thermal vest from this company. $90

It came without the battery (that's extra!)

When we tried to return it, they said we could either keep this unusable vest & take a 35% refund

or pay for shipping back to China, pay a "restocking fee" and wait months to get a refund. We reluctantly decided to get the refund.

THEN i noticed an additional charge if 24.13 on my card, contacted them and unbeknownst to me, this was our membership fee for the Scorched Life "family". I said i no intention of joining. they said they'll cancel the membership, but won't refund the 24.13. Awful company that is scamming people.

I ordered a heated vest and it doesn’t work. I have been dealing with this company for numerous weeks. They will not send me a new vest and will only return a portion of my money even though the vest doesn’t work. They made me send a video and they said the vest works but like I told them since the beginning how can you tell in a video if the vest heats up or not?? You can’t .
