We were contacted two years ago about sponsoring one of the local middle schools here. They would put our add on a “bag” and the kids would wear it. They said they would invoice us for the bags they made and send us a bag too. We never heard back from them until a year later with a 452 dollar invoice. We never received any items or saw any produced. Neither had the middle school. The middle schools athletic department, principle and even central office had no idea who these people were. They never received any items from them. The company says we just didn’t talk to the right person. But they cannot tell us who we should ask for proof that these bags we were created. Also they have our old business card on the so called printed add that they sent us a word document print sign of. The business card is old and is registered in the name of our father before retirement. We never sent them any add information. They are threatening to take us to court and collections for unpaid invoices but they have no records or ever sending merchandise to the school nor can they provide any proof the merchandise was ever created besides a crudely scanned photo placed on a MW document with old business information. They never took any information from us down besides our name and business address. Which as not even on the add. Do not pay these people. We have googled it and they have scams on tons of business owners for schools in regards to spOnsorsip. Our district office here for schools has also informed us not to pay them as outside companies have to be contracted with the schools and are regulated in regards to sports items and sponsorships. They have no affiliation with this company.
