Didn’t get paid -

I filed an unpaid wage claim. Did any of you? If I knew who they banked with, I might stand a chance of being paid. Anyone know? My email is [email protected] if you know or can find out. I’m being evicted and my car is broke down and I have no way to get around because I didn’t get paid so if there’s anyway you could help me out I’d appreciate it.

Scorpio Group Quality control Manager SCAM

I had applied for several jobs in indeed.com and was contacted via email by Scorpio Group offering a job as a Quality control Manager. I had received texts as well as playing phone tag with Delia and Emelia. I eventually got in touch and they immediately said I was hired and explained what I would be doing, receiving shipments purchased by consumers that I was to open and verify it's contents with the packaging slip uploading all the info to a dashboard they put me on for the company that would show me what packages were going to be available and when they would arrive . They sent me a contract and had me fill out a w-9 and complete all the normal employment jargan. After a couple days I started receiving packages. The a friend of mine mentioned that they had looked into the job because I had referred them to look into it themselves for work, but they found that the company wasnt legit. That isn't was a scam so I looked into it and I was still skeptical but decided I should just stop all contact and not receive anymore packages. So I did. They continued to try and get in contact, sending me emails and text msgs saying they would be turning me over to the authorities and seek legal action. I still just continued to ignore. I stopped receiving packages and eventually they stopped trying to contact me.

Postal inspection service

Everyone… don’t be dumb. It’s a scam.
I received a letter from the US postal service and it said in the letter that the merchandise is stolen. If you guys continue to “work” for them, YOU will be deemed involved and civil and or criminal charges could also be filed against us. STOP all work for them immediately. Keep the merchandise and all evidence. The postal inspector is asking me to send in the company name and copies of mailing labels we used. Follow suit because you will all be receiving the same letter in the mail.

Do you have the info on where to send all the info we have and to who? I have reason to believe I'm being investigated even though I clearly stopped all contact and stopped receiving and shipping any and all packages received from them. I don't need this [censored]! I'm just a single GMA raising her grandkids trying to make an honest dollar to support them. Any info on who to contact would be great so that I can clear my name in the involvement. I haven't received any letter that you are talking about yet but I don't get all my mail all the time either. So please post the I fo we all need to clear our names. Thank you.

It’s a fake shipping business who has u driving around dropping off packages. They had the whole employment paperwork that they send to u so u can fill out to put all ur information in. W2 forms and all . I never received my money( 3800)

Scorpio Group is a Scam!!!

I thought I was getting a job. Worked for the company for 30 days. Did not get paid. Found out they are scamming people out of their credit cards to purchase goods - while I shipped off packages with the intent of the company being a shipping company. Later, I was locked out of the account and did not get paid the money I believed I was earning. No one is answering the phone, returning my emails, nor are they returning my text messages.

Just like you all, I was waiting to get paid my $2600 but have been locked out of the account...

We need to come together and file a lawsuit against this company. I have reached out to Indeed.com and they are asking for the initial posting (which I no longer have) to address the matter, legally.

I have also contacted the Attorney General, identity theft crimes unit, the FTC and will be contacting the FBI.

Shipping Company

They have you working for them and shipping item that they bought with someone else credit card and when my grandmother got the call that the item was bought with a stolen credit card I contacted them told them to stop sending shipments and told them what was going on they tried to turn it on me saying that I put the label on the wrong item and said they was going to dock my pay and if I didn't send the rest of the shipment out they was goin to file charges on me for theft. They activated the phone in the picture. And they are still sending shipments that I don't know what to do with.

We all know this is a scam. Keep this thread updated… so it can gain traction. Do what others are saying. Give all info you have to the FTC (federal trade commission) who investigates scams, and bad business practices and they MAY be able to recover funds. They have a list of things they recovered funds for people. We have a ton of information all gathered together… so let’s stick together. Make your report at ftc.gov remember… the more information they have, and reports they have from this company, they can do something. Keep in touch everyone.
