I visited the website to purchase an available puppy. They emailed me back the puppy was available. I was told I could pay or put up a deposit and pick the puppy up later in the week. I was given a bogus pick up address. When I called the number they told me they would contact me to arrange pick up. They never called me and no longer accepted my calls. I drove to the address and Paul Ngohe did not live at the address. Paul Ngohe with the email address [email protected] is who I transferred the deposit ($274) via Zelle.
