Applied on ideed at Copley General Contracting for office/personal assistant remote position. Later i received a congrats email requesting my personal info name address cell number for payroll purposes. 2 days after sending the info i get another email stating he will be sending me a certified business check from one of their clients. I am to take my pay of $600 (per week) from the check and with the funds leftover i was to go buy toys from my local store and donate the toys to the orphanage specified after confirming i had received the check and deducted my pay from it. Said that the donation was a monthly thing that the company does. A few moments later i received a text message asking me to confirm my info and receipt of the text. I havent heard anything from them since.
