Two times in a roll I made a payment to this company. Twice I was falsely flagged as refunded and I NEVER got a dime back from the company Aaron's, they essentially stole my payments. And when I tried to fix it and tell the company I never got my money back and that it should have never been "refunded" I was never given a proper answer. Was just told they don't know and that I still owe. Not once did any of these workers try to find my money of file a complaint to their tech department to fix the issue with their app messing up and falsely flagging me as refunded. Instead they kept my money and did absolutely nothing about it. Even the regional manager wouldn't contact me after several attempts to reach him he never once called me to find my money and get the situation resolved. I'll never use this company again and I'm considering looking into legal actions for the theft from the company. I'll never use this business again, I've been loyal and made my payments for nearly 2 years so I find it funny it starts messing up right before my product is paid off and that it was never even tried to get my money back or to clear the charge when i CLEARLY paid for it.
