I am attaching a copy of the email attachment I received. I was scammed a couple of years ago by a similar email claiming to be Norton Anti-virus. I called to cancel and they took over my computer remotely and stole $19,500 from a nonprofit I was involved with.

If I were to call this number listed, I expect a similar tactic to be used. At any rate, I have not made a purchase from the Geek Squad or Best Buy in the last three years, so this is definitely a scam. My name is not even on here, nor is their address information.
